So, we all heard the whack-jobs claim Saturday May 21, 2011 to be the 'End of the World.' Well... for the end of the world, I sure had a good day. Finally got a new car, even traded in old Iron Horse (a 92 Isuzu Rodeo). Got a new 2010 Chevy Equinox with less than 25,000 miles on her. Love It!!! to pieces I do! All Saturday I was told I was "annoyingly happy." Pretty much lasted till Tuesday morning when I had to go into work at 4:30 AM. Finally something all my own. Loving it.

As for this site:
My computer's finally back online. So happy. Now I can be on more often. Miss being on my art page. The Droid just wasn't cutting it. For one, I could never update my journal on the latest happenings from my Droid. It was definately getting under my skin. Hopefully, now, with the updated security system, I won't have to worry about my laptop crashing and erasing all my data.

As for everything else in life:
My brother's finally getting out of the Air Force. Should be in sometime this week. Everyone's really excited. As for my cat, as stated in the last journal, she has some kind of issue with her kidneys. Little diet change, some rather expensive food, and she's as good as new. She'll be on a protein-reduced diet for the rest of her life, but I get my baby for many years to come.
